When you request a demo or contact us: We collect your name, email address, phone number, organization name, role, and facility type. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and schedule a demo.
When you use the IncisIQ platform: You may upload or enter financial data related to implant costs, procedure costs, reimbursement amounts, and related operational data. This data belongs to you and is used only to provide the analytics services you've subscribed to.
Automatically collected: We may collect basic analytics data such as page views and referring URLs through our hosting provider (Cloudflare). We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
We use your information to provide and improve our services, respond to inquiries, deliver analytics and reports, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your facility data for any purpose other than providing the services you've requested.
